浅谈个案工作在大学新生适应性教育中的运用

摘要

College freshmen are, more or less, nor suited to the new learning style and environment, daily life, interpersonal communication and role transformation when they firstly enter colleges. The objective of college freshmen's adaptive education and case-based work are both people, so it is feasible to apply case-base work to college freshmen's adaptive education, and it will improve the efficiency of college freshmen's adaptive educa-tion.%　　大学新生在入学时或多或少存在学习方式和学习环境、日常生活、人际交往及角色转换等方面存在不适应。大学新生适应性教育和个案工作的对象都是人，个案工作的专业方法在大学新生适应性教育的运用中存在可行性。个案工作的过程和“社会要要心理”模式及叙事治疗模式可以运用在大学新生适应性个别教育中，从而提高大学新生适应性教育的实效性。
