民航院校飞行大队文化建设的实践与探索--以中国民航飞行学院新津分院飞行二大队为例

Cultural construction is essential for implementing quality-oriented education. It is imperative to strengthen cultural construction in Flight Department to further and better develop-ment. This paper elaborates on the necessity, approach and prac-tical effects achieved of cultural construction, based on the con-struction practices in Department 2, Xinjin Flight College, CA-FUC.%　　文化建设是全面实施素质教育的有效载体，大力加强和建设飞行大队文化是飞行大队内涵式发展的必然要求。文章结合中国民航飞行学院新津分院飞行二大队的实践，论述了飞行大队进行文化建设的必要性，实际做法与取得的效果。
