高校年度考核方案设计

摘要

随着高校教育教学的改革不断深入，年度考核体系也有着相应的变化，从原有的单一考核工作量，变为现在全方位考核每位教职工的工作质量，目的是更好地提高工作质量，更有效地为学校的建设做贡献。%With the deepening of the reform of higher education teaching, the annual assessment system has been matched by the change from the original single assessment of workload to the as-sessment of the quality of all teaching staff, aiming to better im-prove the teaching staff's working quality, so as to effectively con-tribute to the school building.
