Designs for Performance Appraisal Program of College Counselors

摘要

To strengthen the construction of counselor troops and improve their performance is a precondition for better work on ideological and political education of college students. It is really necessary and urgent as well, to establish and perfect a scientific performance appraisal system of counselors. This paper presents a simple and easy method to work on the performance appraisal program of college counselors by designing the process.
