高职院校年度考核主要采用360绩效考核制度,对教职工一年来的工作进行全方位的考评,主要起到职工工资晋升、人才培养、政策制定、交流沟通的作用。通过绩效考核能更有效地开展薪酬激励、充分挖掘职工潜能,但同时也存在着定量指标不清晰,侧重综合评价等问题。%360 performance evaluation methods are adopted to e-valuate employee's jobs annually by higher vocational colleges, and their effects mainly influence employee promotion, human resource training, policy decision and communication.
