引进智力，提升航空航天产业技能紧缺人才培养能力--以天津中德职业技术学院引智项目为例

摘要

In recent years, the aerospace industry has became first in the eight pillar industries in Tianjin. However, as a special in-dustry, it has strict requirements on teaching conditions, teaching content, teaching methods, teacher's qualification and so on. Until now, there are not higher vocational colleges in Tianjin for train-ing high-skilled talents in aerospace. Introducing foreign intelli-gence is the most direct way of personnel work to serve economic and social development. Therefore, by introducing outstanding foreign intelligence, Tianjin Sino-German Vocational Technical College aimed at solving the problems on how higher vocational colleges in Tianjin train high-skilled talents for aerospace indus-tries so as to enhance the training ability for scarce and skilled talents in aerospace industry.%　　近年，航空航天产业跃升成为天津八大支柱产业之首，但是，航空航天作为一种特殊行业，在人才培养过程中对教学条件、教学内容、教学方法、教师资质等有严格要求，而且天津此前尚未有航空航天高技能人才培养的高职院校。引进国外智力是人事工作服务经济社会发展最直接的途径和窗口。因此，天津中德职业技术学院通过引进优秀国外智力，旨在破解天津高职院校航空航天技能人才培养的难点和盲点，提升其航空航天产业技能紧缺人才的培养能力。
