学习动机是影响学习的一个非常重要的非智力因素。无论对于任何一个阶段的学生,学习动机对学习都有着重要的推动作用。本文以云南省红河学院为例,调查并分析了越南留学生的学习动机特点。结果显示:越南留学生的学习动机主要由外生性动机驱动;男生在兴趣维度上得分显著高于女生,而女生在成就维度与结构维度上的得分显著高于男生,而在附属维度上的得分,男女生之间差异不显著;从年级上看,越南留学生在学习动机的4个维度上,年级之间存在差异。%Motivation is one of the most important affective non-intelligent factors in learning. Learning motivation has a great effect on learners who is in any stage. This paper takes Honghe University in Yunnan province as an example, analysis on characteristics of learning motivation of Vietnamese overseas students. From the results of survey, we draw the conclusion as follows: Firstly, Vietnamese overseas students learning motivation is mainly drove by external motivation. Secondly, the boys in the interesting dimension were significantly higher than those of girls. Thirdly, the girls in the achievements dimensions and task struc-ture dimensions scored significantly higher than boys. Fourthly, there were no significant difference between boys and girls in subjunctive dimension. Fifthly, there were significant differences in four grades.
