内田-克莱佩林心理测验在硕士研究生复试工作中的应用及作用

摘要

Retest is important in the entrance exams for postgrad-uate schools. Uchida-Kraepelin Psychological Test is used ex-tensively in the retest and gives a basis for admissions. The test can detect participants' basic ability, personality, and behavioral pattern. The results of the test can be used to increase the preci-sion and adaptability of admission.%硕士研究生复试是招生工作的重要环节，本文分析了某医学院校在复试中引入内田-克莱佩林心理测验的案例，在现行考试制度下为学校提供学生能力、性格、行为的特征指标，并分析基本倾向，旨在选拔出更多优秀人才，并为各高校的招生工作提供参考和借鉴。
