论法律综合实训模拟法庭活动的课程设计

Comprehensive training of law, as an important means, has been widely implemented at law colleges, but with respect to how to design activities for comprehensive training of law in order to efficiently realize the goal of opening the course and effectively promote students' mastery of the knowledge they learned, differ-ent colleges have different measures. Therefore,it is of great prac-tical and guiding significance for legal courses teaching to deeply study and explore the design of comprehensive training of law.%法律综合实训作为法学教学的一种重要手段，在各个法学院校中均普遍实施，但是应该如何来设计法律综合实训活动，使其能够最高效率地实现课程开设的目标，有效促进学生对所学知识的掌握，各高校的做法不尽相同。因此，深入研究和探索法律综合实训课程的设计，对法学课程教学具有重要的实践指导意义。
