The present invention relates to a simulation method for first aid training using augmented reality and virtual reality. A VR device (10) to be worn on a head of a trainee (E) is provided. A smart phone (20) is mounted at a front of the VR device (10) to be connected, wherein the smart phone (20) has a program for first aid training installed in a database (21), and the relevant menu is displayed on a screen so that the program is executed through an input unit (23). When performing the first aid training by the trainee (E), a background screen photographed by a camera unit (24) of the smart phone (20) is displayed through the VR device (10). When a CPR mannequin (30) is recognized through the camera sensor, the CPR mannequin (30) is implemented as an augmented reality (AR) of a 3D solid person by the processing of the control unit (27) and then through the VR device (10). An effect sound similar to an emergency situation (incident scene) is outputted through a sound output unit (25).
