University class is a normal and basic organization form for university students' learning and living together, as well as a basic unit for the university to implement student education and management. But with the development of the times and the change of students' "three outlooks", some problems emerge in university class, such as weakened function of management and education, meaningless system, weakened class atmosphere, sta-bility and high pressure, so it has become one of the urgent issues of university education to reform the present class construction model and improve the construction level. Meanwhile, the con-struction of university students' class collective is also an impor-tant part for the ideological and political education and manage-ment of university students. Starting from the ideological situation of the current university students, this paper makes an analysis and reflection on the problems existing in class collective con-struction, proposes new measures and countermeasures for it, e-laborates effective ways and methods to enhance it, and further improve and perfect the concept and model for it.%大学班级是大学生共同学习与生活的常规基本组织形式，是高校向学生实施教育与管理活动的基层单位。但随着时代的发展和个人“三观”变化，当前的大学班级管理育人弱化、制度流于形式、班风淡化、安全稳定高压态势等现状较为明显，改革班级建设模式，提高班级建设水平，是当前大学教育中亟待解决的问题之一。同时，高校学生班集体建设更是大学生思想政治教育和管理工作的重要环节，本文从当前大学生的思想状况实际入手，对班集体建设中存在的问题加以分析与反思；提出高校学生班集体建设的新措施和对策，论述了加强班集体建设的有效途径与方法，进一步改善并完善对大学生班集体建设的理念与模式。
