高校质量管理中学生参与的约束机制

摘要

The binding mechanism of student participation con-sists of five parts in universities quality management, that is, in-stitutional constraints, moral constraints, power constraints, re-sponsibility constraints and self-restraint. Meanwhile, each part has some issues that can not be ignored. For this, in order to build a reasonable and effective binding mechanism, we need to make various constraints combine organically.%学生参与高校质量管理的约束机制主要由五个部分构成：制度约束、道德约束、权力约束、责任约束和自我约束；同时，它们各个部分都相应存在着一些不可忽视的问题，针对此，想要构建一个合理、有效的约束机制，需要把制度约束与道德约束相结合，权力约束与责任约束相结合和外在约束与自我约束相结合。
