基于项目实训理念下的高校新生班团干部培养机制研究

摘要

Cultivating and shaping individual core competitive-ness is the ultimate goal of"project-based training"as a mode of talent training, whose typical characteristics are practicality, use-fulness and efficiency which are consistent with the objectives and requirements of freshman cadres training for university class and Youth League. Freshman class and Youth League cadres training should learn from the scientific talent cultivation ideas and efficient cultivation mechanism of the"project-based train-ing"mode, so as to get rid of the present dilemma.%培养和塑造个人核心竞争力是“项目实训”人才培养模式的终极目标，实战型、紧缺型、速效性是其典型特征，这和高校新生班团干部培养目标及要求不谋而合。新生班团干部培养应借鉴“项目实训”培养模式科学的人才培养理念和高效的培养机制，破解新生班团干部培养困境。
