高职院校制定专业人才培养方案标准研究

摘要

This paper discussed how to build a suitable talent cultivation plan for higher vocational colleges, so as to make the whole process of talent cultivation clearly guided, simple and efficient, easy to operate, easy to implement and qualitied. Based on an in-depth practice and extensive exploration, this paper proposed the standard of formulating talent cultivation plan from eight aspects, including the significance,principle,bakground and process of the formulation,components,organization and impleme-ntation, and effectiveness evaluation, with the aim of making a contribution to the formulation of talent cultivation plan.%高职院校如何建立符合要求的人才培养方案，使得人才培养全过程方向明确、简约高效、易于操作，便于实施，保证质量，本文在深入实践广泛探索的基础上，从人才培养方案制定意义、制定原则、制定背景、制定过程、组成要素、组织实施、效果评估等八个方面，提出了制定人才培养方案的标准，以期对制定人才培养方案工作有所贡献。
