医学院校非医专业毕业生就业质量调查--以昆明医科大学海源学院为例

摘要

In order to face up to the employment challenges, most medical universities have opened non-medical majors, but the employment situation is not impressive. With three non-medical majors in Haiyuan College of Kunming Medical University as the research object, this paper adopts the questionnaire method to investigate the employment quality of non-medical graduates, in order to learn the current situation and problems of their employ-ment and propose countermeasures, hoping to eliminate the predicaments of non-medical graduates' employment and effec-tively improve their employment competitiveness.%目前多数医学院校为迎接就业挑战相继开设非医学专业，其就业情况并不太理想。本研究以昆明医科大学海源学院三个非医学类专业毕业生为研究对象，采取问卷调查的形式，对非医学专业毕业生就业质量进行调查，以了解学生就业现状及存在的问题，并由此提出对策，以图为非医学专业毕业生打开就业困局，有效提高其就业竞争力。
