工程造价专业学生素质实证研究

摘要

This paper built a model for the quality of students majoring in engineering cost, and verified the model by using the survey data from the questionnaires of students and staffs in the engineering cost major, and the results show thatstudents major-ing in engineering cost should have professional innovation qual-ities (including professional quality, learning quality and innova-tive quality), ideological and moral qualities (including profes-sional quality and political quality) and physical and psycholog-icd health qualities (including physical and mental qualities).%本文构建了工程造价专业学生素质模型，利用工程造价专业在校学生和就业人员问卷的调查数据验证了所构建的模型，结果表明：工程造价专业学生应具备专业创新素质（包含专业素质、学习素质和创新素质）、思想道德素质（包含职业素质和政治素质）和身心健康素质（包含身体素质和心理素质）。
