人才的成长无一例外要经过教育、培训的过程。作为培训机构，除具备基本的培训场地、管理人员、主讲教师、教学设备、管理措施之外，最重要也是最核心的环节就是做好课程资源建设。本文通过对多年实践经验的总结和地方性课程资源建设探索，提出了一些适合培训机构借鉴的通用的操作办法和见解。%The growth of talents will experience the process of ed-ucation and training without exception. As a training institution, in addition to basic training venues, management staffs, leading teachers, teaching equipment and management measures, the most important and key link is the effective construction of cur-riculum resources. Through the summarization of many years' practice experience and the exploration of local curriculum re-sources construction, this paper put forward some universal pro-cedures and insights suitable for training institutions.
