地震后汶川县中学生心理健康的现状和影响因素分析

     

摘要

目的:了解地震后汶川县中学生的心理健康现状和影响因素,为震后开展心理援助和心理健康教育提供依据。方法:采用整群抽样方法,应用心理健康症状自评量表对汶川县第一中学的1500名在校中学生进行问卷调查。结果:男生SCL-90得分整体低于女生,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同民族学生SCL-90的总分依次是汉族、羌族、回族、其他、藏族呈递增趋势。不同受灾情况学生SCL-90分数存在显著差异。结论:地震后中学生的心理健康受性别、民族、受灾情况影响。%Objective:To understand the mental health status quo of middle and high school students after the earthquake in Wenchuan County and its related factors, to provide the basis to carry out psychological assistance and mental health education after the earthquake. Methods: By cluster sampling method, the mental health symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90) was used in sur-veying 1500 students of the first high school in Wenchuan County. Results: Boys' SCL-90 scores were lower than girls', had statistical significance (P<0.05). Students' SCL-90 scores in different nations showed an increasing trend in nationalities of Han, Qiang, Hui, others and Tibetans. There was significant difference among SCL-90 scores of students with different dis-aster situation. Conclusion: The mental health status of middle and high school students after the earthquake in Wenchuan County is relate in sex, nation and disaster situation.
