基于培养自主学习能力的“岗前训练”教学实践探索

Students' independent learning ability is a necessary condition for their future personal development. According to the independent learning theory, starting from the current situation of secondary vocational teaching, this paper, taking the course of"Pre-job Training" as an example, elaborates the strategies of cultivating students' independent learning ability in teaching, so as to explore teaching methods suitable for the characteristics of secondary vocational students' psychological cognition and culti-vate their methods and abilities, hoping to make them better adapt to the development of the times.%学生的自主学习能力是今后自身发展的必要条件，本文以自主学习理论为依据，从中职教学现状出发，以“岗前训练”课程为例，阐述如何在教学中培养学生自主学习能力的策略，从而探索出适合中职学生心理认知特点的教学方法，培养中职学生的方法能力，以期更加适应时代的发展。
