异地高考改革方案的SWOT分析研究--以北京、上海、广东为例

摘要

The reform policy for migrant students to take college entrance exam varies from province to province in China. This study employs SWOT matrix approach to analyze the opportuni-ties, challenges, advantages and disadvantages based on the re-form carried out in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, which will contribute a lot to the implementation of the reform policy and enable migrant workers' children to take the college entrance ex-am in the city where their parents work and live.%全国各省的异地高考改革方案门槛设置差别较大，本文以北京、上海、广州的异地高考改革方案为例，用SWOT 矩阵分析异地高考改革方案所面临的内外环境中的机遇与威胁、优势与劣势，力图对异地高考改革方案的实施有所助益。
