高职院校中'特殊群体'的心理与教育对策

In education and teaching, the most nerve-racking students are"special groups". The distinctive behaviors of these"special students"are just the external performance of their spe-cial characters and psychologies, so they are often misunderstood by teachers and students. If they are ignored, their healthy growth will be affected and the harmonious campus construction will also be harmed.%在教育教学工作中,最让教师伤脑筋的是少数"特殊学生".这些"特殊学生"在校园里与众不同的表现,恰恰是特殊性格和特殊心理的外在表现,容易受到教师和同学们的误解与冷淡,如果忽略"特殊学生"群体,十分不利于学生的健康成长,也不利于和谐校园的建设.
