Marriage, from the perspective of economics, refers to a kind of contract, because it is a voluntary cooperation agreement reached by two adults who meet the relevant statutory require-ments. This paper, from an economic point of view, introduces the theory of incomplete law to analyze marriage and family law, hav-ing provided a new perspective for marriage and family law sys-tem design and development.%婚姻从经济学的角度来说指的是一种契约,因为它是两个符合法定条件的成年人自愿达成的合作协议.本文从经济学角度,引入不完备法律理论分析了婚姻家庭法,为分析婚姻家庭法律体系的设计和发展提供了一种新的视角.
