现阶段为了确保整个新闻传播活动都能有计划、有规律及有组织地进行，必须要高效率地开展编辑工作。新闻传播的水平和质量要想得到一定的保障，有非常好的传播效果，就必须要显著增强新闻编辑的水平，所以对新闻编辑人员的专业素质的要求越来越高。而新闻编辑水平的提升，也能给人民带来更佳的服务。在目前网络时代迅速发展的背景下，网络与新闻编辑之间存在一些矛盾，造成新闻编辑的专业素养无法有效提高。本文将先分析现阶段新闻编辑所需要具备的素养有哪些，再重点探讨在网络时代新闻编辑所面临的矛盾。%Currently, to ensure the planned, orderly and organized progress of the entire news dissemination activity, we must launch some efficient editing work. To ensure the level and quality of news dissemination and achieve favorable dissemination effect, we must significantly increase the level of news editing, which has raised the requirements for news editors to a certain extent, while the continuous improvement of news editing quality can bring the people with the best services. But in the rapidly devel-oping network era, there are some contradictions between the network and news editing, resulting in the failure of effectively improving the professional qualities of news editors. This paper will first analyze the qualities the current news editors should possess, and then focus on the contradictions they are faced with in the network era.
