双因素理论在高职院校学生管理中的运用探究

     

摘要

Under the background of the education system reform in recent years, the enrollment work of higher vocational colleges has changed compared with the past, so some new situations also appear in the student management of higher vocational colleges accordingly. To this end, by means of the two-factor theory that is widely applied in various management fields such as catering, e-ducation, security, investment and so on, we make a theoretical exploration on the realistic problems in the student management of higher vocational colleges, and meanwhile, propose the solving strategies based on the theory, in order to improve higher voca-tional college students' initiative in learning science and technol-ogy, and improve the quality of high-technology talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.%最近几年,在教育体制改革的大背景下,高职院校的招生工作与以往相比有所变动,因而,高职院校学生的管理工作也随之出现了一些新状况。为此,我们借助被广泛应用于餐饮、教育、证券、投资等诸多管理领域的双因素理论,针对高职院校学生管理工作中的现实问题,进行理论运用探究,同时也提出基于双因素理论的解决策略,以提高高职院校学生学习科学技术的积极性,进而提高高职院校培养高技术人才的质量。
