冲压模具复合型人才培养考评模式的研究

摘要

A brand new evaluation mode plays an important in guiding the objectives of stamping dies interdisciplinary talent cultivation, improving and forming the education and teaching theory and practice of stamping dies talents, and it can also pro-vide feedback information for the cultivation mode. Closely re-volving around the training objectives of dies talents majoring in mechanical design and manufacturing and automation in our col-lege, as well as the sustainable development of graduates' careers, this paper established a brand new talent evaluation mode which requires diversified evaluation methods, and the transformation of the evaluation subject from teachers to the combination of teach-ers, engineering and technical personnel from enterprises and students. The evaluation content should be comprehensive, inter-disciplinary and fresh, and the fields for the evaluation should be pluralistic.%全新的考评模式对冲压模具复合型人才培养目标具有导向作用，对冲压模具人才的教育教学理论和实践具有改进和形成性的作用，能对培养模式提供反馈信息。紧紧围绕我院机械设计制造及其自动化专业模具方向人才培养目标和毕业生的职业生涯可持续发展性，建立起全新的人才考核评价模式，全新的考评模式要求考核评价的方式、方法多样化，考核评价的主体从教师转化为教师、企业工程技术人员和学生相结合，考核评价内容应具有全面性、复合性和与时俱进性，考核评价的场所应多元化。
