当前社会日益竞争激烈,对人们交际的能力提出了更高的要求.大学生作为即将要投入社会的特殊群体,人际关系的问题与处理格外的重要.想要大学生的身心得以健康、正常的发展,良好且和谐的人际关系必不可少.现今,人际关系的不乐观或不协调已经成为困扰大学生的突出问题.本文试着从出现的问题、原因及如何解决进行浅析.%Social competition is becoming fiercer and fiercer, having put forward higher requirements to the ability of human communication. The handling of interpersonal problems is par-ticularly important for college students as the special group that is going to enter the society. To promote the healthy and normal physical and psychological development of college students, good and harmonious interpersonal relationship is indispensable. Nowadays, the negative and inharmonious interpersonal relation-ship has become a prominent problem annoying college students. This paper tries to briefly analyze the existing problems, the causes of the problems and how to solve them.
