浅谈思想政治教育与公民教育的关系

Ideological and political education is a Marxism-based secondary discipline that is unique to China. In recent years, in the discussions on strengthening and improving ideological and political education, citizenship education in developed Western countries gradually attracted the attention of scholars. On the merits and flaws of ideological and political education and citi-zenship education and their relationship, relevant scholars grad-ually formed different views and perspectives: a view is that the ideological and political education with strong ideologies should be replaced by the"neutral"citizenship education;another view is that the two complement each other in terms of connotation and education content. Through the comparison between the connota-tion and main content of citizenship education and ideological and political education, this paper analyzes the relationship be-tween the two.%思想政治教育是我国特有的，基于马克思主义理论指导下的二级学科。近年来，在有关加强和改进思想政治教育的讨论中，西方发达国家的公民教育逐渐引起学者们的重视。在思想政治教育与公民教育两者的优劣和关系上，相关学者逐渐形成了不同的说法和观点：一种观点认为应该用“中性”的公民教育代替具有强烈意识形态的思想政治教育；另一种观点认为两者在内涵和教育的内容方面互为补充。笔者通过对公民教育与思想政治教育的内涵和教育的主要内容方面着手进行比较，分析两者之间的关系。
