翻转课堂中大学英语教师的角色转变

摘要

大学阶段的英语教学不能再以知识的积累为目的，而是要以提高学生终生所需的自主学习能力为最根本的目标，因此应当转变以教师为中心的传统教学模式，在以学生为中心的翻转课堂的新型教学模式下，教师角色的定位直接影响着学生自主学习能力的提高。%The target of college English teaching should not be the accumulation of knowledge;instead, it aims to enhance students' autonomous learning ability which will benefit them for life. Therefore, the traditional teaching model with teachers as the center needs to be transformed into a student-centered model, a flipped classroom, in which the teachers' role will exert a direct influence upon the increase of students' autonomous learning a-bility.
