试探医学研究生廉洁教育认同机制的构建与完善

     

摘要

The honesty education is one of the main contents of the ideological and political education, and its fundamental object is to achieve the value of action behavior. Students need receive the honesty education, and the honesty education in school be-comes the focal point in social scale. In order to make the honesty education effective, it is necessary to explore construction and perfection of the identification system of honesty education. Therefore, in this paper, from the perspective of school education, combined with the practical experience of the Peking University Health Science Center, the Identification System of Honesty Ed-ucation for Medical Graduate Students is described and summa-rized as cognitive identification, affective identification and be-havioral identification three stages.%廉洁教育作为思想政治教育的主要内容之一,其根本目标便是实现行为主体的价值认同。廉洁教育要从学生抓起,学校廉洁教育成为全社会廉洁教育的着力点,为了将廉洁教育真正落到实处、产生实效,在廉洁教育认同机制构建与完善方面的探索具有必要性。因此,本文从学校教育视角出发,结合北京大学医学部的实践经验,将医学研究生廉洁教育认同机制分为认知认同、情感认同和行为认同三个阶段进行系统阐述与总结。
