浅析高校校友会的战略管理--以浙江大学校友总会为例

     

摘要

随着社会的不断发展,政府与市场作为传统的两大体系所存在的不足与缺陷也不断凸显,不同于两者的第三部门的力量日益崛起。高校校友会作为第三部门(我国多称为社会组织)的一种特殊类型,在广泛凝聚知识分子力量、创造海内外社会的沟通平台、为高校办学开拓社会资源等方面具有其他社会组织不可替代的重要作用,但同时也和大多社会组织一样面临着合法性困境、资源投入缺乏、组织发展模式雷同等问题,从战略管理的视角对其加以分析,对推动它的再发展具有一定借鉴意义。%With continuous social development, the shortcomings and defects of the government and the market, as the two tradi-tional systems, have been continuously exposed, and the third department has been increasingly strong. As a special type of the third department (which is generally called social organization in China), university alumni association plays an irreplaceable role in uniting intellectuals, creating a platform for the communication between foreign and domestic society, and expanding social re-sources for university school-running, but it is also faced with some problems as most social organizations do, such as dilemmas in legality, lack of resource investment, duplicated mode of orga-nization development. To analyze this issue from the perspective of strategic management is of certain referential significance for promoting its re-development.
