独立院校本科毕业论文（设计）管理工作的改革与实践--以广东财经大学华商学院为例

摘要

Exemplified by Huashang College, Guangdong Univer-sity of Finance & Economics, through questionnaire survey and individual interview integrated method, this paper made a study on the current situation and existing problems of undergraduates' graduation theses in independent colleges, and carried out an at-tribution analysis based on specific problems from the society, the college and undergraduates themselves. Based on the above, it briefly analyzed the reform and practice of graduation thesis management from standardizing the topic selection mechanism of graduation theses, strengthening the guidance of graduation the-ses by thesis instructors, perfecting the system for graduation the-sis organization and management, and improving the quality e-valuation system for graduation theses, aiming to improve the quality of undergraduate graduation theses.%本文以广东财经大学华商学院为例，通过问卷调查和个体访谈相结合的方式，对独立院校学生本科毕业论文存在的现状及问题进行研究，并针对具体问题，从社会、学校及大学生自身等三个方面进行归因分析，在此基础上浅析学院从科学规范毕业论文选题机制、加大毕业论文指导教师的指导力度、完善毕业论文组织管理体系、健全毕业论文质量评估体系等角度进行毕业论文管理工作的改革与实践，力促本科毕业论文质量的提升。
