论全媒体时代政工干部的素质提升

摘要

全媒体对信息资源配置产生了深刻的影响。在此，剖析了全媒体时代对政工工作带来的新变化，明确了时代对政工干部提高深入基层、增强舆论监控、加大舆论引导的三项能力新要求，最后探讨了抓好各项学习、使用新媒体和技术手段以及使用民众语言的三种有效途径。%All media has exerted profound influence on informa-tion and resources distribution. In this paper, we analyze the new changes of political work in the era of all media, clarify the new requirements of the times to political work cadres, namely, the improvement of such three abilities as going deep into the grass-roots, enhancing media monitoring, and strengthening media guidance. We finally explore three effective approaches to well implement all aspects of learning, use new media and technical means, and use mass language.
