新媒体应用对于基层思想政治工作的探索和实践

Modern information technology, represented by "big data"technology, has expedited a new media reform, and the new media formed consequently has fundamentally changed the oper-ation styles of relevant industries and the reading patterns of me-dia participators. Compared to traditional media, new information media has its distinctive characteristics. Especially the applica-tion of its interactive and open participation, instant and vast in-formation in ideological and political work, has changed the pre-vious single and fixed style of spread and propaganda, reformed the pattern of ideological and political work, and enhanced the efficiency and effect of it.%以“大数据”技术为代表的现代信息技术推进新的媒体革命，由此形成的新媒体从根本上改变了相关产业的运营方式与媒体参与者的阅读模式。相对于传统媒体，新信息媒体具有其鲜明的特点，尤其是其参与的交互性与开放性、信息的及时性与海量特征在思想政治工作中的应用，改变了原有单项固化的传播宣传方式，革新了思想政治工作的工作模式，增强其工作效率与效果。
