新形势下高职院校思想政治工作的特殊性及对策研究

Ideological and political work is an excellent tradition and political advantage of our Party and nation, and our Party has come to an important conclusion in the reform practice of the rev-olution and construction that ideological and political work is the lifeline of economic work and all other work. Higher vocational colleges, as an inevitable outcome of social development and progress, cultivate top technical talents in the fields of construc-tion, management and production, but ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges under the new situation has certain particularity, so this paper focuses on strengthening ideo-logical and political work in higher vocational colleges, raising the importance of higher vocational education quality in the educa-tion system, thus promoting the comprehensive development of higher vocational colleges.%思想政治工作是我们党和国家的优良传统和政治优势，党在革命建设的改革实践中得出一条重要结论，思想政治工作是经济工作和其他一切工作的生命线。高职类院校是社会发展进步的必然产物，为国家培养着建设、管理、生产等领域的高端技术型人才，新形势下高职院校思想政治工作具有一定的特殊性，基于此，加强高职院校思想政治工作建设，提高高职院校教育质量在教育体系中的重要位置，进而促进高职院校的全面发展是本文研究的重点。
