对于中等职业技术学校来说，人事档案管理工作是学校人事管理工作的重要内容。其能够为学校人事管理提供重要的依据和条件，对人事管理有着重要的意义。但是，现阶段中等职业技术学校的人事档案管理存在重视力度不足、制度不完善、人员素养不高以及信息化程度较低等问题。根据以上问题的分析，提出通过转变思想意识、健全人事档案管理机制、提升人员素养以及加快信息化管理等方式进一步地完善中等职业技术学校人事档案管理体制，更好地推动学校人事管理工作，促进学校健康、稳定发展。%For secondary vocational and technical schools, per-sonnel file management is an important content and of great sig-nificance in personnel management, as it can provide important basis and condition for school personnel management. However, the current secondary vocational and technical schools pay less attention to personnel file management, lack perfect systems, high-quality staff and high-level information-based manage-ment. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes several measures to further perfect the personnel file management system of secondary vocational and technical schools, better promote school personnel management work and promote the healthy and stable development of schools. The measures include transform-ing ideas and concepts, improving the personnel file management system, improving the quality of staff and accelerating informa-tion-based management.
