地方应用型本科高校开展研究性教学的几点思考

摘要

本文探讨了应用型本科高校开展研究性教学的主要问题和原因，提出以培养应用型人才为目标、以日常教学活动为重点、以完善配套政策和激励机制为牵引、以教师科研和社会服务项目为依托的应用型本科高校开展研究性教学和学习的总体思路，并结合金陵科技学院建筑工程学院的实践予以具体说明。%This paper explores the main problems in implement-ing research-oriented teaching in application-oriented under-graduate universities and the causes, proposes the main idea of implementing research-oriented teaching and learning in appli-cation-oriented undergraduate universities, such as regarding the cultivation of application-oriented talents as the objective routine teaching activities as the focus, perfecting supporting policies and stimulation systems as the impetus and teachers' scientific re-search and social service as the support. It also gives a specific explanation based on the practice in Architectural Engineering Institute of Jinling Institute of Technology.
