本文应用因子分析法,采用2013年数据对我国31个省、自治区、直辖市的区域高等教育水平与初等教育水平协调性进行了实证研究。研究表明,从整体上看,我国大部分省、直辖市、自治区的高等教育发展水平和中等教育发展水平相协调。在综合分析的基础上,提出关于政府投入、投资体制、师资流动等方面的改革建议。%Using factor analysis method, this paper made an em-pirical study on the coordination of higher education level and el-ementary education level in 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities of China based on the data of 2013. The study indicated that the level of higher education and that of secondary education development are coordinated in most provinces, au-tonomous regions and municipalities of China. Based on a com-prehensive analysis, this paper proposed reform suggestions on government investment, investment system, and flow of teaching staff.
