广西职业女性继续教育问题探析

摘要

With the rapid development of Guangxi society and e-conomy, an increasing number of women are participating in so-cial labors and they have become an important force in socialist construction. To enhance the continuing education of Guangxi career women can improve their comprehensive quality and working ability, thus meeting the needs of the society and their work. This paper first introduces the current situation of the con-tinuing education of Guangxi career women, then analyzes the factors affecting their participating in continuing education, and finally proposes some reform measures accordingly.%随着广西社会经济快速发展，越来越多的广西女性参与到社会劳动中，她们已成为社会主义建设的重要力量。加强广西职业女性的继续教育，才能提高她们的综合素质和工作能力，满足社会和工作的需要。本文首先介绍了广西职业女性接受继续教育的现状，进而分析了影响广西职业女性参与继续教育的因素，并就这些影响因素提出了一些改革措施。
