经统计和调查发现，目前普通高等医学院校医学生对自身职业生涯规划认识不科学，而社会和医疗单位对医学生能力素质的要求越来越高，普通高等医学院校的学生教育工作要突破传统教育模式，在医学专业技术学习的基础上辅以医学生职业生涯规划和指导，二者相互结合，共同促进。本研究将把普通高等医学院校辅导员如何指导医学生进行职业生涯规划作为重点，从而促进医学生职业生涯发展，提升普通高等医学院校医学生的个人竞争力，帮助和辅导医学生择业就业。%It is found in statistics and survey that the current medical college students' understanding of their career planning is not scientific, and the society and medical units have proposed higher and higher requirements for medical students, so the stu-dent education in common medical colleges and universities should break through their traditional models, and implement professional skills learning assisted by the career planning and guidance of medical students, which is an integrated part. This research focuses on how counselors guide medical students' ca-reer planning in common medical colleges and universities, aim-ing to promote the development of medical students' career plan-ning, improve the personal competitiveness of medical students from common medical colleges and universities, and help their job hunting and employment.
