基于行动导向教学法的“水的软化”课程设计

“饮料生产技术”是食品生物工艺专业（食品加工工艺方向）的一门实践性很强的专门化方向课程，本文以其中的“水的软化”为例，应用行动导向教学法进行课程设计，把教学内容分解设计成职业活动中的任务，通过师生互动，使学生在实践中掌握职业技能，构建属于自己的经验和知识体系。%"Beverage Production Technology" is a very practical course of food biotechnology professional (the direction of food processing technology). Leading action-oriented method into the teaching of"Water Softening"is to decompose the teaching con-tents and design them as practical tasks. With the interaction be-tween teachers and students, the students are to grasp the voca-tional skills by practicing and to establish experience and formu-late ledge systems of their own.
