山东民办本科院校融入“一带一路”战略研究--与国内高校的“竞争”与“合作”

摘要

在“一带一路”战略的背景下，山东民办本科院校和同类院校、公办高校之间，都存在着不同程度的“竞争”与“合作”关系。其中，“竞争”主要体现在“专业”、“就业”以及“生源”等几方面；“合作”目前则限于“师资”等领域，另外，国家的“帮扶”政策也是两者“合作”的重要内容。%Under the background of "One Belt and One Road Initiative", private undergraduate colleges of Shandong are com-peting and cooperating with peer colleges and state-owned col-leges. The "competition" is mainly reflected in "major", "em-ployment" and "student source", while "cooperation" is merely reflected in "teaching staff". Besides, the national supporting policy is also an important aspect of their"cooperation".
