一带一路战略下的中国应用技术性大学转型

摘要

"One Belt and One Road Initiative"is a major strategic decision, which is proposed to answer the changes of the world, and to make a response to the changing domestic and interna-tional environment. Facing the opportunities and challenges of"The Belt and Road", promoting the constant transformation and upgrading of applied technology universities has become an im-portant task of higher education in China. Whether the transfor-mation of applied technology universities is successful is very im-portant for the construction of“The Belt and Road”for providing intellectual and technical support. Therefore, we must clarify the role and the transformation strategy of applied technology univer-sities under this background.%“一带一路”是我国应对世界发展变化，是考虑国内和国际环境制定的重大战略决策。面对“一带一路”的机遇与挑战，不断推动应用型技术性大学的转型升级成为我国高等教育的重要任务。应用技术性大学转型成功与否，对“一带一路”建设的智力和技术支持也至关重要，我们必须明晰应用技术性大学在其中的转型需求和转型策略。
