生源多样化背景下高职水利水电建筑工程专业学分制人才培养建设思路--以杨凌职业技术学院为例

摘要

根据高职教育的发展趋势和杨凌职业技术学院水利工程学院水利水电建筑工程专业建设的现状，本文从人才培养模式入手，就课程体系设置、师资队伍建设、教学手段提升、大学生实践能力提高四个方面阐述了实施学分制人才培养模式的可行性。%According to development trend of higher vocational e-ducation and the status of hydraulic and hydropower engineering construction specialty in Yangling Vocational & Technical Col-lege, this paper discussed the feasibility of the talent training mode based on credit system from the course system setup, teaching staff construction, teaching means enhancement, and college students' practical ability improvement.
