践行“两学一做”，提高医院工会工作效能建设

摘要

“两学一做”学习教育是对习近平总书记重要谈话的积极践行，“两学一做”不仅从思想层面上确保队伍纯洁性，同时也在实践工作方面给予了我们更加充分的指导。本文以医院体系为例，谈医院工会如何以“两学一做”为指导，积极支持和谐医院全面建设，提出可供参考的意见与建议。%The learning and education of"Party building studies"is the active practice of General Secretary Xi Jingping's important speeches."Party building studies"not only ensures the purity of our team from the ideological level, but also gives us more guid-ance on practice. With the hospital system as the example, this paper discusses how to actively support the comprehensive har-monious hospital construction guided by"Party building studies", and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
