自贸区背景下中职学校跨境电商人才培养

摘要

The 21st century is the Internet era. With the con-tinuous development of the Internet, e-commerce plays a more and more important role in China's foreign trade activities, and the rapid development of e-commerce also promotes the rapid economic growth in China. With the establishment of free trade zones in China, there is an increasing demand for cross-border e-commerce talents. Secondary vocational schools are places cultivating cross-border e-commerce talents for enterprises, but the supply of talents cannot meet the need of the e-commerce market. Under the background of free trade zones, this paper briefly elaborates the problems and solutions of cross-border e-commerce talent cultivation in secondary vocational schools.%21世纪是互联网时代，随着网络的不断发展，电子商务在我国对外贸易的业务中占据越来越多的市场位置，已经成为了我国市场经济中的一匹黑马，电子商务的飞速发展拉动了经济的快速增长，随着我国自贸区的相继建成，对跨境电商人才的需求不断增加。中职学校是为企业培养跨境电商人才的重要途径，但人才队伍的供给不能满足电商市场的需求，本文笔者就自贸区相继建成的背景下，对中职学校对跨境电子商务人才的培养方面的问题与解决措施进行简单的论述。
