PBL教学法在警校实验课程中的应用研究

     

摘要

PBL teaching method is a way of education based on problem inquiry, aiming to change the traditional "duck-stuff-ing" type of teaching, cultivate students' ability of independent, cooperative and explorative learning and their ability to solve problems. Police academies are professional academies with highly professional and practical courses, and highly centralized management are carried out on the courses. The PBL teaching method is applied to the experiment courses of police acade-mies, in order to cultivate students' ability of innovation, insight and practice in experiential teaching environment through their exploration of problems under the guidance of the teacher. It also conforms to the training goal of contemporary police acade-mies. In view of the shortages and problems of the current police academy experiment courses, the writer puts forward the imple-mentation process of PBL teaching method in police academy experiment courses, and establishes a reasonable evaluation system, hoping to encourage police academies to cultivate more excellent police officers through the application of PBL.%PBL教学法是基于问题探究的一种教育方法,改变传统“填鸭式”教学,培养了学生自主、合作、探究性学习能力和解决问题的能力。警校是课程专业性高、业务实践性强、管理高度集中的职业化院校,将PBL教学法应用到警校实验课程中,通过教师引导问题探究,以学生为主体,在体验式教学环境中培养学生的创新性、前瞻性、实践性。这符合当代警校的人才培养目标。文章针对当前警校实验课程的不足和问题,提出PBL教学法在警校实验课程的实施过程,并建立合理的评价体系,鼓励警校通过PBL的应用培养出更优秀的警察。
