关于工商管理专业课程教学方法改革的实践及其反思探讨

摘要

With the rapid development of China's society and economy, the new era has proposed more new requirements for talents, especially business administration talents who should not only grasp basic theories,but also possess practical operation ability. Based on this situation, Chinese colleges and universities have gradually realized the importance of cultivating business administration majors' practical operation ability, so they grad-ually improve the teaching model and teaching orientation, in order to better improve the teaching quality of business adminis-tration. However, viewing from the current teaching model, there are still many problems. With the development status of business administration major as the starting point, this paper further an-alyzes the existing problems, and then explores the methods to improve the practical teaching of business administration.%随着我国社会经济的高速发展，新时代之下也不断地对人才提出更多新的要求。尤其是工商管理专业的人才，不仅要求其掌握基本的理论，更要求其具有实际动手操作能力。基于此情形之下，我国各大高校已逐步意识到对于培养工商管理专业学生实践操作能力的重要性，并逐步完善其教学模式、教学定位，只为了更好地促进工商管理学科的教学质量的提高。然而，就目前的教学模式来看，仍存在着较多的问题。基于此，本文主要以工商管理专业的发展概况为着眼点，进一步分析课程教学存在的问题，继而探索完善工商管理实践教学的方法。
