伴随“新四化”建设进程,我国作为农业人口大国已经每年从农业部门分流出大量的富余劳动力,他们必然要进行职业转型才能适应社会的发展与进步,职业培训是帮助他们完成职业转型的一项重要措施。以湘潭市为例,农民的职业培训活动存在着模式单一、工种局限大、农民培训意愿不强等诸多问题,要从经费、管理、市场适应性等方面进行考虑,通过采取提高农民培训意识、加强管理、增加形式等方面进行改善,加强农民的职业培训,提高培训质量。%With the development of the new"our modernizations", plenty of surplus labors emerge in the field of agriculture. They must carry out professional transfer in order to adapt to social de-velopment and progress, while professional training is an impor-tant measure to help them accomplish professional transfer. With Xiangtan City as an example, this paper analyzes the existing problems in farmers' professional training, and proposes corre-sponding measures to enhance it and improve its quality.
