长沙航院辅导员队伍建设的现状与措施

摘要

Counselors are the first-line managers directly respon-sible for student affairs in colleges, as well as the forefront force for ideological and political work of students. In the background of the current complex domestic and foreign situations and the conflicts among diversified cultural trends, to enhance the pro-fessionalism and professionalization of college counselor team is of great significance for ensuring the correct direction of college ideological and political education, improving college students' ideological and political level and cultivating more qualified tal-ents for socialist modernization. Exemplified by Changsha Aero-nautical Vocational and Technical College, this paper analyzes the current situation of counselor team construction and proposes effective strategies to promote it.%辅导员是高校学生工作的一线管理者和直接负责人，也是学生思想政治工作的一线力量。在当前国内外形势复杂、多元文化思潮交互冲撞的背景下，加强高校辅导员队伍专业化、职业化建设，对确保高校思政教育方向正确、提高大学生的政治思想水平、为社会主义现代化建设培养更多高素质合格人才，具有重要的现实意义。本文以长沙航院为例，针对辅导员队伍建设现状进行了分析，并提出了促进高校辅导员队伍建设的有效策略，以供参考。
