输血科实习生需重点培养的几个方面

目前，大多数输血科的工作人员和实习生都来自检验专业。本文就作者所在科室的带教经验，对输血科实习生应重点培养的几个方面加以分析，以促进输血科实习生的实习效果。%Currently, most transfusion department staff and in-terns are from laboratory professional. In this paper, through the teaching experience in the department for which the authors work, this paper analyzes several aspects needing to be key train-ing for blood transfusion department interns, in order to promote the practical effect of transfusion department interns.
